Sunny Deol
In my previous blog I was talking about Dharmendra now I Am talking his son Sunny Deol.Sunny Deol was born on 19 October 1957 in Sahnewal village in Punjab. His real name is Ajay Singh Deol.He is famous for his dialog delivery.His various dialog are very popular like 'Dhai Kilo ka hath jb kisi pe padta hain to admi uthta nhi uth jata hain', and 'Tarik pe Tarik ' dialog became so popular.Sunny Deol comes under the category of romantic action hero. Wheather romance or action he did both with great potential. Sunny Deol was very shy since childhood so his father Dharmendra sent him to Birmingham Theater school for training in acting.After finishing Training in london he came back and made his debut in Betab.Sunny Deol made his debut in Betab for which he was nominated for filmfare award for best actor. From here he went on to star in various film from 1980 to 1990 like Tridev,Arjun,Krodh,Ghayal, Damini and many more.But he was most remembered for Ghayal,Ghatak and Damini films.He was most appreciated in these movies.In Ghayal he played the role of younger brother who take revenge for his brother. In Damini he played the role of advocate where he gives justice to victim. And the dialog spoken by him still on the lips of people.Ghayal was the highest grossing movie of that year.He also made his debut as a director and producer with 'Dillagi' in which he starred alongside his brother Bobby Deol.
His Ghayal movie won seven filmfare awards.It also win national film award.His most successful film 'Gadar ek Prem Katha' in which he played the role of truck driver Tara Singh who falls in love with Muslim girl played by Ameesha patel.These movie went on to become a all time blockbuster and become the highest grossing movie ever that time. He won screen award for best actor for these movie.Sunny Deol is married to Pooja Deol and the couple has two sons Karan Deol nad rajvir Deol. Sunny Deol is the only Hero who considered not only as a action hero but as a romantic hero as well.
He give many hit movies in his filmy career.But instead of giving hit film he also give flop movies. His debut film Betaab became so successful but after his debut movie he gave average and flop movies Afterthen he gave his hit film Arjun.In his filmy career over 30 years Sunny Deol won two national awards for his performance and two filmfare awards.
